We serve all types of events from corporate meetings and trade shows to weddings, concerts, galas, and private parties. Whether you’re hosting a small breakout session or a large-scale production, we’ll match you with the right equipment.
Can I rent just the equipment, or do I have to book your technicians as well?
You can do either. Some clients simply rent gear for in-house use, while others prefer our full-service option, which includes delivery, setup, operation, and teardown by our expert technicians.
How far in advance should I reserve equipment?
We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance for best availability, especially during peak seasons. Last-minute rentals are welcome, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What happens if something goes wrong during my event?
We offer live tech support and, if booked, on-site technicians who can troubleshoot and manage your AV setup in real-time. Our gear is reliable, but your peace of mind is even more important.
Do I need to know how to operate the equipment?
Not at all. If you're renting without a technician, we’ll provide simple instructions or a brief tutorial at delivery. For more complex setups, we recommend hiring one of our pros to assist.
Is there a minimum rental requirement?
There's no strict minimum, but we do have package pricing that offers better value for multi-item or multi-day rentals. Reach out, and we’ll work with your budget and needs.
